As a co-worker put it, “Tom’s a great cheerleader.” But that misses a couple of salient points that Tom puts forth. They’re not exactly new but he does draw convincing parallels between the needs of business today and elements of military theory and guerrilla action. Small, autonomous, trusted teams that can operate their own initiatives but understand the overall objectives of the organization. Sounds great. Sure to work. Try implementing it.
